Editorial Policy

This page explains how CoinsCipher produces and maintains its content. It applies to everything we publish: news, market analysis, guides, reviews, and data pages.

Accuracy and sourcing

Every factual claim we publish must be supported by a source we can point to. For market data, we rely on established aggregators and exchange data. For news, we link to primary sources such as official announcements, filings, and statements wherever they exist. When a story is based on a third party report we could not independently verify, we say so in the article.

Independence

Coverage decisions are made by our editorial team. No exchange, project, token issuer, or advertiser can buy favorable coverage, dictate a conclusion, or preview an article before publication. Where we earn affiliate commissions, that never determines what we recommend, and every affected page carries a disclosure. Our funding is described on the Ownership & Funding page.

Reviews and testing

Product and service reviews reflect our honest assessment. Where we state that we tested something ourselves, that testing actually happened. Reviews include downsides as well as strengths, because a review with no drawbacks is advertising.

Data pages

Coin price pages and market statistics are populated from market data providers and refreshed automatically. Prices and statistics can lag briefly between refreshes and should not be treated as trading quotes.

What we do not publish

We do not publish financial advice, price guarantees, sponsored content disguised as journalism, or claims we cannot support. Nothing on CoinsCipher is investment advice, and readers should always do their own research before making financial decisions.

Updates to articles

Crypto moves quickly, and articles are updated when material facts change. Substantive updates are reflected in the article’s modified date. Errors are handled under our Corrections Policy.
